Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of callyo.cc and the Callyo service. By using them you agree to these terms.

The service

Callyo provides AI phone agents that answer and place calls, qualify leads, book appointments and send confirmations on behalf of businesses ("customers").

Customer responsibilities

• You confirm you have the consent required by law to contact the people Callyo calls on your behalf, and you will provide accurate consent records on request.
• You will not use Callyo for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unsolicited calling.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information (prices, policies, availability) you give your agent.

How calls are counted

A "call" is one connected conversation, inbound or outbound, of up to 2 minutes of talk time. A conversation longer than 2 minutes counts as one additional call for each further 2 minutes or part of 2 minutes (for example, a 5-minute conversation counts as 3 calls). Unanswered dials, busy signals, failed connections and spam calls under 10 seconds are not counted. Included calls reset each billing month and do not roll over.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Calls beyond your plan's allowance, counted as described above, are billed at the overage rate shown on our pricing page. Plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.

Using the Callyo app

By signing in to the Callyo app or dashboard you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Access is for people your business has authorised; keep your sign-in email secure and tell us at hello@callyo.cc if you think someone else has used it. Sharing usage and location data is optional and is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

We may suspend service that we reasonably believe violates the law or these terms, or that puts callers or our platform at risk.

Disclaimers

AI agents can make mistakes. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing on this site is legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
